The STEM Bursary Fund has been set up by a local company – Superior to support disadvantaged young people aged between 16 and 21 in training or education with bursaries of up to £1,500.

The young people applying must be residents of a specific area in Dorset and have to attend or plan on attending Bournemouth and Poole or Brockenhurst College on a STEM (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) course.

By setting up the Fund Superior ensures that it invests their charitable giving into their future workforce.
