The Fund established by Stephen & Ingrid Uden and named after Stephen’s great aunt Gladys (pictured below) was set up to enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to reach their full potential.

Stephen and Ingrid recognise that not all young people receive support from parents, family members as well as support organisations that they received when they were young, therefore this fund aims to fill that gap and support young people aged 0-25 years old all across Dorset.

The fund first provided grants in August 2019, and has awarded funds of up to £2000 to  groups such as Treads and The Rendezvous.
